Burlington Concrete Pros ("we," "us") is an independent referral and request service. This policy explains what information we collect through burlingtonconcretepros.com and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you send a request or contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, town, the service you need, how urgent it is and a description of the job. When you call, we may keep a record of the call. Like most websites, we also automatically collect basic technical data such as your browser type, device, IP address and pages visited. Our request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam, which processes technical data about your browser.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, to refer it to an independent partner contractor for concrete and driveway work, and to contact you about your request by phone, text or email. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
Because we are a referral service, we share the details you submit with the independent partner contractor we connect you with so they can contact you about your job. We also share information with service providers that help us run this website and handle requests (for example, website hosting, security and email tools), or when required by law.
Calls and texts
If you give us your phone number and agree on our form, you agree that we, and the partner contractor we connect you with, may call or text you about your request, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.
Cookies
Our site may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, to protect our forms from abuse and to understand how visitors use it. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep request records for as long as needed to handle your request, keep records of consent and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by calling (609) 248-0220 or emailing quotes@thirdstatemgmt.com. To stop hearing from a contractor we referred you to, please also tell that contractor directly.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
